- Annual sanitizing + coil cleaning
- Box and supply lines cleaned & removed for mold prevention
- Filter replacement & supply every 6 months
- Dryer Vent Cleaned and Inspected
- 1 upgraded 4-ft hose included (replaced if worn/damaged)
